Kyiv Infrastructure Recovery & Service Continuity Update

OffshoreDedicated.NET is operating under disaster-recovery and business-continuity procedures following the attacks affecting our Kyiv, Ukraine infrastructure. The affected infrastructure has subsequently been impacted again, materially changing the recovery situation.

Important Recovery Update

Following the initial attack affecting the Kyiv data center, disaster-recovery work was initiated and an estimated overall recovery period of approximately 3–4 days was initially communicated.

The affected infrastructure has subsequently been impacted again, and the situation at the facility has changed significantly. The data center recovery team has now informed us that physical access to the affected facility is currently unavailable. Until access becomes possible, affected servers cannot be brought back online, physically assessed, or migrated from the facility.

As a result, the previously communicated 3–4 day recovery estimate is no longer applicable. There is currently no confirmed recovery timeframe, and recoverability of individual server data cannot be guaranteed until physical access and technical assessment become possible.

Our Bulgarian infrastructure remains operational. Customers whose services are hosted on our Bulgaria infrastructure can continue using those services normally.

Existing Customers

If you need help with an existing service, renewal, billing, or account matter, contact us directly while the normal client portal is unavailable.

Please include your name, registered email address, server IP or hostname (if known), and a short description of what you need.

Billing, Invoices & Payments

Our normal client portal and automated billing system are temporarily unavailable. Payments and renewals are currently being processed manually.

If you have an invoice due, an upcoming renewal, or need to make a payment, please contact us through Telegram or email so our team can verify your service and provide the appropriate payment instructions.

If you have already made a payment that has not yet been reflected, please send us the relevant payment or transaction details so we can verify and process it manually.

Please do not assume that an invoice or service renewal has been processed until you receive confirmation from our team.

Current Recovery Status

All affected server IP addresses already confirmed with OffshoreDedicated.NET remain recorded on the priority recovery list. The upstream recovery team has also recorded our priority servers for recovery once physical access becomes possible.

Current stage: Physical access to the affected facility is not currently available. Because of this, the recovery team cannot yet bring affected servers online, perform emergency migrations, or physically assess the condition and recoverability of individual systems.

The previous estimated overall recovery period of approximately 3–4 days is no longer applicable. At this stage, no confirmed recovery timeframe can be provided and data recoverability cannot be guaranteed until the facility becomes accessible and technical assessment can begin.

Customers whose server IP has already been confirmed by us do not need to submit it again. If your Kyiv service is affected and you have not yet provided your server IP address or hostname, please contact us so we can record it with your account and recovery information.

OffshoreDedicated.NET will continue pursuing recovery of the original servers and customer data as soon as access becomes possible. At the same time, we are moving forward with service-continuity and replacement-infrastructure planning rather than making restoration of normal operations dependent entirely on recovery of the affected facility.

Our customer portal, billing systems, and other customer-facing systems are being restored on alternative infrastructure. Existing customers remain our immediate priority.

We appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding during this exceptional situation. We will update this page whenever additional confirmed information becomes available.

Service Continuity & New Orders

Our immediate priority remains existing customers, restoration of the client portal, and continuity options for affected services.

Replacement infrastructure is being evaluated and arranged in parallel with the original recovery process. New-service availability may therefore vary by location and service type.

Please contact us before making payment for a new service so we can confirm current availability and provisioning options.

Security reminder: Please do not send server passwords, private keys, or other sensitive credentials in your initial Telegram or email message. We will advise you if secure credential exchange is required.
