Customer Service & Infrastructure Recovery Update
OffshoreDedicated.NET is operating under temporary business-continuity procedures following a major infrastructure disruption affecting our Kyiv, Ukraine location. Our team is restoring customer-facing systems and maintaining support for existing customers.
Important Customer Notice
The Kyiv data center hosting part of our infrastructure and customer-facing systems has been affected by the recent attacks in Ukraine. As a result, our main website and normal client portal were disrupted.
Our Bulgarian infrastructure remains operational. Customers whose services are hosted on our Bulgaria infrastructure can continue using those services normally.
Existing Customers
If you need help with an existing service, renewal, billing, or account matter, contact us directly while the normal client portal is unavailable.
Please include your name, registered email address, server IP or hostname (if known), and a short description of what you need.
Billing, Invoices & Payments
Our normal client portal and automated billing system are temporarily unavailable. Payments and renewals are currently being processed manually.
If you have an invoice due, an upcoming renewal, or need to make a payment, please contact us through Telegram or email so our team can verify your service and provide the appropriate payment instructions.
If you have already made a payment that has not yet been reflected, please send us the relevant payment or transaction details so we can verify and process it manually.
Please do not assume that an invoice or service renewal has been processed until you receive confirmation from our team.
Current Recovery Status
OffshoreDedicated.NET is currently operating under disaster-recovery procedures following the disruption affecting our Kyiv infrastructure. Our immediate priority is the recovery of affected existing customer services while maintaining customer communication, billing assistance, and support throughout the recovery process.
Current stage: The data center is preparing lists of affected servers from which data recovery is required. Based on these lists, the next stage will involve identifying and locating the corresponding physical servers within the affected facility so that recovery work can proceed.
This is a complex physical infrastructure and data-recovery process. The upstream infrastructure team has currently advised an estimated overall recovery period of approximately 3–4 days. This is an overall recovery estimate rather than a guaranteed restoration time for any individual server, as recovery timing may vary depending on the identification, condition, and accessibility of the affected physical systems.
We will communicate further confirmed information as the recovery process progresses.
Action requested from affected customers: If your Kyiv service is affected and you have not already contacted us, please send us your server IP address or hostname as soon as possible. This will help us identify your service and coordinate the required recovery information with the upstream infrastructure team.
Normal customer systems, including the client portal and new-order processing, will be restored as the disaster-recovery process progresses, with priority given to restoring services for our existing customers affected in Kyiv.
We appreciate your patience, cooperation, and understanding during this recovery process. This page will be updated as additional confirmed information becomes available.
New Orders
Our current priority is supporting existing customers and restoring normal systems. Availability of new services may therefore be limited during the recovery period.
Please contact us before making payment for a new service so we can confirm current availability.
